B COOKIN' HEALTHY WITH STIR-FRY

Almost every night of the week, my family sits down together and has dinner. Eating meals together has the potential to strengthen family bonds. It’s a time for the whole family to be together. For younger kids it gives them a sense of security and belonging. Older kids actually prefer to eat together as a family.

I try to cook dinner at least 4-5 times a week. It’s healthier to eat at home and you don’t eat as much. I get very bored with my recipes and I feel so repetitive. I know my kids love a recipe when they go back for seconds. I like to change it up so I get a lot of my recipe ideas from the Food Network app. Of course, there are plenty of nights where I order take out as well.
